Impact-first: Start from revenue, cost, risk or experience metrics — not from "playing with models".
Scalable systems: Design AI into workflows and platforms, not one-off scripts.
De-risked delivery: Test fast, measure outcomes, then double down on what moves the needle.
My process
I use AI only where it clearly ties to a business metric: revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, cycle time, error rate, or NPS.
Experiments are cheap. I push to turn successful ones into systems that any team can reuse and scale.
Every AI solution has guardrails: escalation paths, fallback flows, and clear human ownership.
Mine conversations, support tickets, and ops chats for patterns and clear problem statements.
Simulate user journeys, explore solution variants, and combine with RICE prioritization frameworks.
